ePsy is an online platform that links users with a Team of Professionals and allows them to offer their services virtually.  All ePsy Professionals operate under their own business property, and ePsy receives a referral for each appointment.  The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and ePsy makes no representation or warranty of any king, either express or implied.

ePsy is also a platform that allows users to register for online conferences and workshops, on different subjects in the fields of human behaviors, as well as understanding and managing emotions.

 

You agree to not hold ePsy responsible for what other users post on the site. 

 

You also agree to not hold ePsy responsible for the payment processing of Payment Providers such as PayPal (you acknowledge and agree that by making payments through ePsy using Payment Providers, you are bound by the employed Payment Provider’s applicable Terms and Conditions, and that we are not liable for any loss, claims or damages, in connection with that Payment Provider). 

 

ePsy cannot guarantee continuous access to our services, with no delays or latency, due to your physical location or to your Internet Service Provider’s Network. 

 

ePsy are not liable for any loss of money, or any direct or indirect consequential damages, arising from your use of this website, even if you inform ePsy, or if ePsy could reasonably have foreseen the possibility of any such damage occurring. 

 

Despite the previous paragraph, if ePsy is ever found to be liable for anything, our liability to you or any Payment Provider (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute, or otherwise) will  be limited to the greater of (a), the total fees you paid to ePsy in the twelve (12) months preceding the liability decision, or (b), one hundred (100) Canadian Dollars.

 

By using ePsy, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of the personal information you share with ePsy, on servers located in Canada, as further described in our privacy policy.

 

You may be asked to leave a review of your experience. 

Reviews should be left in good faith, ensuring that you are depicting your experience fairly. When leaving a review, please be truthful, and do not attempt to harass, abuse or mislead.

 

ePsy reserves the right to remove reviews which violate our policies or guidelines. 

 

These terms and the other Policies posted on the Privacy Policy and the Term of use pages, constitute the entire agreement between you and ePsy, superseding any prior agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You and ePsy both submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.

 

For any user Inquiries, ePsy will reply via the email address you provide. 

 

ePsy may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next use the site or after thirty (30) days, whichever is sooner.
