It is possible to reschedule an appointment without charge. 

Simply go to the My Bookings tab in your Profile, and click on the “Reschedule” button.  

 

If you have to reschedule your appointment with a 24 hours or less notice, an authorization code from your therapist will be required to finalize the process.
