ePsy is an online platform that provides access to certified Psychologists and Therapists for the purpose of therapy and psychological help.

Psychologists and Therapists that work with us are remunerated under an agreement with ePsy.

 

We believe that our refund policy should focus on you, while respecting the professionals on our team.

Once the appointment is fixed and paid, it can be cancelled for a full refund until 24h before appointment time.  Please contact us via the Contact page to cancel the appointment and request a refund.

When within 24h of a set appointment, no refund will be possible outside the circumstances of force majeure (medical reasons, bereavement, court order, technical problem validated by our team, etc.).
